How it works
Three steps, no phone app
- In the desktop app open Settings → Connections and switch on Phone remote.
- Scan the QR code with your phone camera. Both devices must be on the same Wi-Fi.
- Control the player from the phone browser. Add the page to your home screen to open it like an app.

Do I need to install an app on my phone?
No. The remote opens in your phone browser. You can add it to your home screen, and it gets the Fox Music icon.
What can the remote do?
Play and pause, next and previous, search, reorder the queue, play next, like a song and set the sleep timer.
Does it work away from home?
The phone and the computer must be on the same Wi-Fi network.
Is it safe?
The link has a secret key, so only people who have it can control the player. Switch the remote off any time in Settings, Connections.
